On December 11th, the work summary meeting of Sichuan Zhongcai Pipeline in November 2025 was held in the conference room of the comprehensive building. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Liu Luliang and attended by the company’s leadership team and all middle-level cadres.
At the beginning of the meeting, the attendees carefully studied the minutes of the November Marketing Work Meeting and the November Internal Affairs Meeting of Huajian Industry. Mr. Liu conveyed the spirit of the meeting and arranged the key content. Subsequently, the meeting listened to the company’s November work summary and December work plan report, as well as the special reports on financial and quality supervision. Finally, the attendees reported on the problems and shortcomings in their work from January to November, the highlights of their work, and the work plan for December. The leadership team has made detailed arrangements and deployments for key issues.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Liu emphasized:
- Each department conducts a thorough review of their annual work around six dimensions: profit, cost, service, sales assistance, quality, and talent, in order to find a path for improving their work next year.
- Create a culture of daring to grasp and manage, promote the implementation of systems, and improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
- All departments should closely coordinate and make predictions, while ensuring product quality, and do a good job in preparing inventory for rewards.
- Each department and block should diligently organize their work, set goals, ensure execution, implement rewards and punishments, maintain a closed loop, and achieve results.
