On the morning of October 10th from 10:00 to 11:00, the award ceremony for the 2025 “Zhongcai Doctoral Award” was held in the conference room on the 3rd floor of the group headquarters, presided over by Han Ning, Director of the Group’s Personnel and Education Department. There are four winners of the “Zhongcai Doctoral Award” this time, namely: Fang Chao, son of Fang Deshu, an employee of Zhejiang Zhongcai Profile Co., Ltd.; Liao Wanying, daughter of Liao Chunru, an employee of Lu’an Zhongcai Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd.; Xu Xiaobo, son of Cheng Guiling, a retired employee of Huajianye Western Region Headquarters; and Ren Jiawei, son of Ren’s younger brother, a retired employee of the group headquarters. The leaders of the chemical construction and real estate business components participated in the award ceremony. Assistant to the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Qiu, presented the winners with gold medals and certificates.

The winner Liao Wanying learned from her father Liao Chunru the value of “keeping a promise is precious” and saw the character of a wealthy person who is “diligent in work and down-to-earth in life”. The winner Xu Xiaobo shared the story of his mother Cheng Guiling and Zhongcai.
