From September 1st to 7th, 2025, Beijing Guobiao Jianxin Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd. conducted the initial factory inspection for the “Good House Optimal Selection” product certification of Zhejiang Zhongcai Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. During this certification process, the review team conducted a comprehensive and detailed verification of the product’s raw material procurement, production process, quality control system, as well as various performance indicators such as noise, energy efficiency, and safety.
After evaluation, our company’s “Zhongcai Brand” PVC drainage pipe fittings, electrical conduit, CTS same layer drainage, HDPE silent pipe, PPR pipe PERT、 20 products, including steel wire mesh composite pipe and bamboo wood fiber integrated wall, meet the certification requirements of “Good House Selection” and will be issued certification certificates on September 19, 2025. All certificate numbers are 00001, which is the first “Good House Selection” certification certificate in the pipeline industry.
The “Good House Selection” certification project benchmarks the certification of green building materials products, emphasizing the four characteristics of good house safety, comfort, greenness, and intelligence. The “Good House Selection” product certification was proposed and promoted by the national standard Jianxin, aiming to promote the high-quality development of China’s good house related product fields and guide construction component enterprises to shift from “quantity expansion” to “quality priority”. The passing of this certification is a high affirmation of the company’s long-term adherence to the development concept of “quality first”.
The breakthrough of Zhongcai Pipeline in the industry not only adds a strong advantage to its own market competition, but also sets a benchmark for the entire construction parts industry, effectively driving the industry towards higher quality development, helping to upgrade the industrial structure, and providing more solid product guarantees for the construction of good houses in China.
