3.Connection Methods

  • Socket Fusion with Adhesive:This is the most traditional and widely used connection method. After applying specialized PVC adhesive to the pipe end and the fitting socket, the parts are joined. The connection relies on the chemical fusion action of the adhesive to achieve a strong, sealed joint. This method is low-cost and simple to operate.
  • Coupler Assembly Connection:For confined spaces or special requirements in engineering projects, we provide an improved snap-fit type coupler. 7.Manufacturing Process Flow

  • Raw Material Batching and Mixing:Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) resin, stabilizers, flame retardants, fillers (calcium carbonate), etc., are precisely weighed according to the formulation. They undergo high-speed hot mixing followed by cold mixing to produce a uniform dry blend.
  • Extrusion Molding:The dry blend is fed into a conical twin-screw extruder where it is plasticized and melted at suitable temperatures. It is then extruded through a die to form a continuous pipe parison.
  • Vacuum Calibration and Cooling:The pipe parison immediately enters a vacuum calibration tank for precise sizing of outer diameter and roundness. It then proceeds to a spray cooling trough for gradual cooling and final shaping.
  • Haul-off and Printing:A caterpillar haul-off unit provides steady pulling force. Simultaneously, permanent markings such as brand, specifications, type, and production date are printed onto the pipe surface.
  • Cut-to-Length and Inspection:Controlled by a length measuring device, the pipe is cut to precise lengths using a planetary cutter (chip-free). Finished products undergo strict inspection for appearance and dimensions, along with sampled performance testing, before being warehoused.
