7.Manufacturing Process Flow

  • Material Formulation and Mixing: PVC resin, stabilizers, impact modifiers (e.g., CPE), processing aids, titanium dioxide (for UV resistance), and fillers are precisely weighed according to the formula and fed into a high-speed hot mixer. They are uniformly blended at a set temperature before being transferred to a cold mixer and cooled to room temperature, resulting in a dry blend.
  • Extrusion Molding:The dry blend is fed into a conical twin-screw extruder. Under precisely controlled, segmented temperature profiles, the material is plasticized, melted, and homogenized. It is then extruded through an annular die to form the pipe parison.
  • Vacuum Calibration and Spray Cooling:The pipe parison immediately enters a vacuum calibration tank where its outer diameter and roundness are precisely set. It then proceeds to a staged spray cooling trough for gradual and uniform cooling. This process eliminates internal stresses and ensures dimensional accuracy and optimal physical properties.
  • Haul-off and Marking:A caterpillar haul-off unit provides smooth and constant pulling force. Simultaneously, permanent markings such as brand, specifications, production date, and execution standards are printed online onto the pipe surface.
  • Cut-to-Length and Inspection:Controlled by a length measuring device, the pipe is cut to precise, predetermined lengths using a planetary cutter, which produces no chips.
