3.Connection Method

  • Hot melt docking: suitable for connecting large-diameter pipes. Heat the two ends of the pipe to a molten state through a heating plate, then apply a certain pressure to butt joint, and form a high-strength connection after cooling. This method has high interface strength, good sealing performance, and can withstand high pressure.

  • Electric fusion connection: commonly used for pipes with small diameters or limited on-site operating space. By using the resistance wire inside the electric melting pipe to generate heat, the pipe and the surface of the pipe are melted and combined. Easy to operate, stable and reliable connection quality.
