On January 18, 2025, the 2024 Annual Work Summary and Reflection Meeting of Guangdong Zhongcai Pipeline Co., Ltd. was held in the training room on the second floor of the office building. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Liu Yapeng, the head of the base, and attended by members of the leadership team, middle-level cadres of the company, and relevant personnel from various departments.
The meeting started at 8:30. Firstly, everyone studied the reflections of Mr. Bian and the leadership team of Huajian Industry. All attendees deeply reflected on their work for this year.
Subsequently, the company’s 2024 work summary and 2025 work plan were presented at the meeting, with department heads reporting on their respective work summaries and plans. Mr. Liu made requirements for the 2025 work plans of each department
- Implement and execute the 2025 work plan according to the work core proposed by Huajian Industry.
- Focus on improving the team, deeply reflect on and explore effective ways to lead the team well, and consider how to effectively enhance the professional competence of team members.
- Proactively connecting with market services, always adhering to the concept of delicate service, not letting go of any service details, while consolidating a solid business foundation, using professional competence to safeguard services, and through efficient closed-loop management, ensuring that each service can respond quickly and be properly implemented, improving overall service efficiency.
- Strengthen internal departmental collaboration and improve work efficiency.
Finally, the attendees collectively studied important documents of the board of directors.
