1.Product Introduction
PVC-U (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes for building drainage are manufactured primarily from polyvinyl chloride resin, with necessary additives, using an extrusion molding process. They are designed for drainage systems within buildings. This product features excellent corrosion resistance, is resistant to scaling, has low flow resistance, is lightweight, easy to install, and cost-effective. It is one of the most widely used materials in modern building drainage systems, suitable for discharging domestic sewage, wastewater, and rainwater from within buildings.

3.Connection Methods
- Socket Fusion with Adhesive:One end of the pipe is plain, the other is an expanded socket. During installation, the plain end is inserted into the socket of another pipe. Specialized PVC-U adhesive is applied to the joining surfaces, quickly bonding and curing to form a permanent seal. This method offers simple construction, excellent sealing, and high joint strength.
- Elastomeric Seal Ring Connection:For some large-diameter pipes or specific application requirements, connections can be made using sockets pre-fitted with rubber seal rings. This is suitable for sections requiring a degree of flexibility or where future disassembly for maintenance is desired.
- Auxiliary Connections:Connections to accessories like access fittings, cleanouts, and expansion joints also follow the corresponding socket fusion or threaded connection methods.

- Building Rainwater Drainage Systems: Piping for collecting and discharging rainwater from roofs, balconies, and courtyards.
- Auxiliary Drainage Works:Drainage pipes for air conditioning condensate, basement drainage, kitchen and bathroom branch drains, etc.
- Suitability:For applications where continuous drainage temperature does not exceed 45°C and instantaneous drainage temperature does not exceed 90°C.

- Execution Standards: Products are strictly manufactured and tested in accordance with national standards GB/T 5836.1-2018 (pipes) and GB/T 5836.2-2018 (fittings). Also compliant with relevant industry application standards such as JGJ/T 314-2016.

7.Manufacturing Process Flow
- PVC resin and additive batching → High-speed hot mixing → Cold mixing → Metered feeding to extruder → Melting, plasticization, and extrusion → Vacuum calibration and cooling → Spray cooling → Haul-off → Cut-to-length → Socketing (forming the socket end) → Finished product inspection → Printing markings → Packaging and warehousing.

- Standard Packaging:Pipes are bundled for packaging, typically in weights suitable for manual handling, wrapped externally with plastic film or woven bags to prevent scratches and contamination. Fittings are packaged in cartons or bags. Packaging is clearly printed with product name, specifications, standard number, production date, manufacturer information, and handling instructions.
- Storage & Transport:Pipes should be stacked straight on a level surface, height not exceeding 1.5 meters. Avoid severe impact, throwing, direct sunlight, and rain during transport.
- Delivery Assurance:Can flexibly arrange production and logistics according to customer order requirements, ensuring timely delivery to the job site and providing detailed shipping documentation.
