It is suitable for most indoor drainage pipelines and non-buried outdoor drainage lines.
  • Elastomeric Seal Ring Socket Connection:For sections subject to significant temperature variations, potential minor displacement, or where easy disassembly for maintenance is desired, connections using fittings with elastomeric seal rings (typically made of EPDM) are recommended. This method allows for certain axial displacement and deflection angles, offers excellent seismic resistance, and enables quick installation.   • Weathering and Aging Tests:Product samples pass accelerated artificial climate aging tests of ≥1000 hours, verifying their UV resistance and long-term weathering performance for outdoor use.

7.Manufacturing Process Flow

  • Material Formulation and Mixing: PVC resin, stabilizers, impact modifiers (e.g., CPE), processing aids, titanium dioxide (for UV resistance), and fillers are precisely weighed according to the formula and fed into a high-speed hot mixer. They are uniformly blended at a set temperature before being transferred to a cold mixer and cooled to room temperature, resulting in a dry blend.
  • Extrusion Molding:The dry blend is fed into a conical twin-screw extruder. Under precisely controlled, segmented temperature profiles, the material is plasticized, melted, and homogenized. It is then extruded through an annular die to form the pipe parison.
  • Vacuum Calibration and Spray Cooling:The pipe parison immediately enters a vacuum calibration tank where its outer diameter and roundness are precisely set. It then proceeds to a staged spray cooling trough for gradual and uniform cooling. This process eliminates internal stresses and ensures dimensional accuracy and optimal physical properties.
  • Haul-off and Marking:A caterpillar haul-off unit provides smooth and constant pulling force. Simultaneously, permanent markings such as brand, specifications, production date, and execution standards are printed online onto the pipe surface.
  • Cut-to-Length and Inspection:Controlled by a length measuring device, the pipe is cut to precise, predetermined lengths using a planetary cutter, which produces no chips. Every pipe undergoes strict visual and dimensional inspection. Additionally, samples are taken from each production batch for key physical and mechanical performance testing.
