Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily financial work of overseas companies, including handling of accounts receivable and payable, expense review and reimbursement, etc;
- Participate in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and provide timely financial analysis reports to headquarters;
- Establish good cooperative relationships with external institutions, such as overseas offices, tax bureaus, etc;
- Save and manage overseas financial related bills and archives.
Job requirements:
- Education major: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, accounting, etc;
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, CET-6 or above, with priority given to those with proficiency in minor languages;
- Job skills: Master the basic operation of financial software, master basic accounting knowledge, prepare financial statements, and proficiently use Excel;
- Basic abilities: Willing to engage in cross-cultural communication and work abroad, adaptable, meticulous and rigorous, with a sense of confidentiality.
